Email Delivery FXOS can not guarantee the delivery of emails and/or SMS text messages to user and therefore is not responsible for any undelivered email signals to the customers. Please check with your email provider and advise them that you will be receiving emails from ForexOnlineSignals.com Trading & FXOS Credits Trades are entered only if the recommended entry point is reached. Members should bear in mind they may need to adjust entry, TP and SL levels slightly (+/-pips) according to the spreads offered by their particular brokerage. Upon purchasing the FXOS Trading Signals Package user will be credited his/her FXOS Credits to users account. Free FXOS Credits will be added to the account as well if applicable. Free FXOS credit is applicable only upon opening a new account. Once FXOS Credits are used up the Free FXOS Credits will continue to be used until the account will be empty or recharged with new FXOS credit. Price per FOREX Signal is set by the FXOS. FXOS reserves the right to change the price per FOREX Signal at any time without notifying the customer. Cancelation of the account The user has the right to cancel his/her account at any time. The user understands that the request for cancellation of the account must be by writing a ticket (through contact us section) with “Cancellation of account” in the subject line. Upon receiving of the cancellation request FXOS will start the process of canceling the account (at that time you won’t be receiving the FOREX Signals). The cancellation process takes about ten business days to process and FXOS customer will be contacted several times to confirm the cancellation. The user understands that no other method of cancellation will be accepted. Refund of the remaining FXOS Credit will be issued within seven business days. Free FXOS Credit is not refundable. Our one time setup fee is nonrefundable. Refund on less than 10 USD wont be processed (due to the refund charges). FXOS may terminate this agreement with the user with cause or material breach of this agreement and such termination shall become effective as of the day such termination is communicated to the user. No refund will be made by FXOS to user if the subscription is so terminated. FXOS may refuse service to any user without the refund of one time setup fee.
